Krisboats
It's plugged into the mains? Could you be a bit more specific?
AdamR28
It is a Pro2 Trials, yes? (silver freehub body, not gold)
monkeyseemonkeydo
Is it new/old, trials/normal? Also what tensioner are you using, how much chain wrap do you have, how worn is the drivetrain etc.
Mark W
If it's a standard Pro 2, not a Pro 2 T, that might explain it. Giving it a service should help out a lot. Mine had been feeling a bit 'meh' recently and skipped once or twice. I stripped it down and lubed it up nicely, and it actually feels better than new (primarily 'cos the ratchet is as good as new, with the pawls all nice and sharp, but the bearings have bedded in too so it's suuuuper smooth). Tall_Rob
No one has asked the other obvious question... What gear ratio and sprocket sizes are you running?
LordMersey
Standard pro 2, got it 2nd hand due to budget. It started fine then it just seemed to go. Ive got the chain as tight as it can go and the gear ratio is 18-15. Out of curiosity would it be possible to convert it to a trials pro 2? WIGAN ??
Standard pro 2, got it 2nd hand due to budget. It started fine then it just seemed to go. Ive got the chain as tight as it can go and the gear ratio is 18-15. Out of curiosity would it be possible to convert it to a trials pro 2? it is yes but youd need to buy a new freehub body and maybe an axle but im not 100% sure and for that money you could find a secondhand one on here.
