Canardweb
Hello everybody, as you might know, I have ordered a frame from Marino and I have asked for express delivery. The frame was sent on Monday the 6th and when I look the tracing on the peruvian postal site, all was done up to today was getting "the item into a bag". So the frame is still in Peru after 3 days. All I wanted to know was your experience with Marino shipping frames, such as how long did it take to arrive to your door, what delivery type you asked for, if the frame took more time to arrive than what was said... etc... Everything that can help me really to see if what is going on is normal. Thanks a lot to you all for your help.
Joe O'Connor
Ive never ordered a bike from Marino. But from ordering other things internationally and nationally, the companies usually take a few days to process and package the order. Depending on how busy they are. I would say that everything is normal still.

ZeroMatt
Took about twice the time given when ordering but when the package arrived it turned out to be an American dudes frame, with him then receiving mine. I then had to sell this guys frame in the UK on behalf of Marino and send him the money back rather than actually ship the frame to the correct person. At the same time he made another frame and sent it over, took a couple more weeks than expected to arrive. So yeah, awesome...

I heard about your story on OTN, the american guy told me about it. Thanks a lot. This is crazy! You pay for express delivery and it takes twice the time given! Danny@phatworks
I have had 2 frames on express delivery from Marino, both arrived within 2/3 weeks. Check the tracking code in a weeks time and it should be in the UK on it's way to you

It can take up to a week or two before it has gone through customs for international shipping and show on the tracking. Ah sorry, well it will be the same for France I imagine. Canardweb
I don't think it even has been as far as the customs... For the moment it is just in a bag in Peru... Here is the tracking link if you can help me figuring what is going on: http://clientes.serpost.com.pe/Web-Original/IPSWeb_item_events.asp?itemid=EE900076692PE&Submit=Submit
