t-comp-kierz
I have a 04 maggie and i snapped my hose at the joint bit where it the hose goes into the lever. I was going to just cut it and put a new olive on it and put it back on. I have some spair olive for my newer model maggie. Are the olives the same size and do i just slide them on and put it all back together or do i actually need an olive?
Matt Vandart
As far as I can remember you need to cut the tube, put on the shroud nut, put on new olive, poke it in the hole and do the shroud nut, make sure the tube is pushed all the way in and tighten it up. Bleed and go riding.
