forteh Posted August 31, 2010 Report Share Posted August 31, 2010 Personally for heatsink yellows I use a metal cutting disk, thinner is better but it doesnt matter so much as long as there is a square edge on the disk. Cant comment on using a harsh grind, but a medium/light (no pressure on the grind and at about 30 degrees from the rim surface) works perfectly for the yellows Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
