Sam Styles
whenever you use the brake, the fluid inside is under pressure, so anything that you "attempt" to put on the hole will just come off. you need a new hose... end of story. give tarty a ring and they can get you a cut down piece of pipe with fittings etc, that will be ready to bolt in and bleed.... that is if you know how to change the hose? Krisboats
whenever you use the brake, the fluid inside is under pressure, so anything that you "attempt" to put on the hole will just come off. Not anything. I've fixed a few hydraulic brake lines by sealing the affected area in araldyte fast dry two part epoxy resin. One held until it was replaced later that week and the other lasted a few months before being hit in the same place again.

davey1991
ok thanks im guessing you pull the broken bits of the connector thangs init and put new hose on ? Where did you learn to talk, innit is NOT a word. Hydraulic lines of any form + a hole = no workey. Buy a new hose, re bleed it and be more carefull.
