krazykid009
Hey all I am going down to pick up my new frame tomorrow, and am thinking about getting a new stem at the same time. What sort of rise and length should I look for for a stock. Thanks James

krazykid009
whats the frame and what bars are you using? A Diamondback Kabuki Mono frame and Race Face Evolve DH bars which I assume are either 09 or 08. I am 5ft 7" tall. I was having a look and I see Merlin Cycles have the Easton EA70 stem down to about 25 quid but I don't know if that would be strong enough for trials. Any suggestions. My budget isn't over the top but I could stretch to about £35 Thanks James
ogre
arent those frames daft snappy happy? buy something 2nd hand, like an 06 deng, you'll be much happier
krazykid009
The frame's only to ride on doing small stuff until I get my Onza for my birthday in November, and so won't be abused or given any real stick. I don't think I could break it even if I tried. My mate's had the Tekiya since it first came out and he hasn't had any problems.
