isitafox
It'll usually take a good few coats of paint stripper on a good painted frame, just stick loads on an leave it to work for a while. Doesn't hurt to clean the stripper off with a wire brush either.

Ali C
what frame is it? Are you sure its painted? could it be annodised? If it is painted then Nitro moors WILL get the paint of, just keep applying it. If it is annodised then get some caustic soda and mix it with warm water. apply that and watch it remove the top layer of aluminium. Don't leave on for too long though and wear gloves, caustic soda is NASTY stuff.
Mark W
Nitromors + Wire wool or a wire brush = total win for painted frames. Inspireds have some of the thickest paint out there and it worked well on that. Same for my BMX too which had a sort of rust-proof lower coat, then powdercoat on top.
