Matthew_Gibson
REET. Brakes have started to get a bit misty around the crossover pipe. Because my feet keep hittin them when riding. so Im wanting to reroute the hose threw the frame (Onza Ice) Im going to drill a hole in the back end of the frame so the hose comes right out the back. and put a monty hose splitter on there. gettin rid of the cross over pipe. are they any good? a pain to get in? I will be using the hose clamps at so not to bodge it up? will i need to change over any of the fitments on the ends? If anyone has pics of this set up. would be awesome. I can work better with pics in my head of what im doin Bit or a mock up of what I plan on doing
Mark W
Monty splitters = pure fail. I hate using that phrase, but really - total and utter failure.
Revolver
The barbs for the crossover are meant to be shit, and come off when you're fitting them. It'd be cool if there was a small splitter for braided crossovers, but then you'd need to be able to shorten your crossover, they're pretty long.
