Josh - Sarge
Hi, I have a Quad QHD -1 front disk brake on my trials bike. I have looked around on the internet and it does look like a fairly good brake although mine seems to be constantly rubbing. I have replaced the pads and the calipers will not go any further back so i do not know how to stop the rubbing. I was advised by Cycles UK to buy a new set of brakes although after buying my new trials bike i am quite short on money. Does anyone know what could be wrong with the brake, how to overcome it, or alternatively a good new front brake for a fair price? Help would be much appreciated. Thanks Joshua. MadManMike
For trials, a BB7 is recommended. Tons of bite and hold Related news, whilst searching to find what your brake is, I found this: Hot damn!
Jamie East
^Diamondback closure? Josh: Have you hecked the rotor is true? Can bend it back with an adjusti spanner if its wonky. Should stop the rubbing.

JD™
You need to go burn down Cycles UK. Advising a customer to buy new brakes just because they are rubbing? f**kwits. Glad you got it sorted.
