Little Yoshi
Do the pads move when you pull the lever?
trials owns
it could be that the tpa is al the way up and/ causing the brake pads to touch the rim???????

JL !
i have magura rim brakes and have recently had a problem with the lever ( i think its the lever) . when i pull it it goes rockhard like its hitting a bit of metal inside ive had it bled got new pads , the TPA is fine . i just cant find what the problem is> Please help Thanks Iain Sounds to me like you have your tpa wound up to full and a rubbish brake set up ... Try winding the tpa all of the way out so the lever blade can nearly touch your bar/grip , Then loosen off the calipers and set the brake pads up square to the rim about 2/3mm away from touching but make sure it doesn't rub . You might want to adjust your tpa in but you should really only use the tpa as back up . If that doesnt work try re-bleeding your brake , there might be air in it or you have a leak somewhere , then do ^ again . Hope i have helped , David.
Alex Dark
Sounds like a dead bleed with the TPA wound right in. The piston is just hitting the back of the barrel causing that rock hard feeling.
