He keeps moaning he cant do anything because he litteraly lies down and does nothing. Well i kinda taught myself mate. Watching video's of other people also riding helped alot, just looking at their posture on the bike, copying it and then getting myself comfortable on the bike. Also going out on rides with lots of other riders helps bigg time. Repeating moves they did on smaller obstacles really helped me to pick up the things i can do now. I ride with a few people but over the past couple of days we've had some little rides planned but the weather has just been awful.
