dannytrialskid
I would say ask your parents for money, but your 20 years old. OR You could say to your parents can you give me money for my birthday, but give it to me now so that I can buy something.

Oh I know. If there is one of your friends that DO NOT normally get your a birthday prezzie/money, say to them can I borrow £20, when they give it to you, you say, "Thanks for the early birthday present!" - Good idea right? mr_malcolm
Surely you dont have to order Pedals online and pay postage them, go into a LBS and buy some.
