dannytrialskid
Ok this is what I did with mine and it worked. You take out the bar end plugs that goes in your handle bar and then fold the grip from outside of the handle to the inside. It should go into a ball. DO NOT FOLD IT SO IT GOES INSIDE OUT. Basically when you fold it like that it takes of the glue layer. (deodrant layer) Once you have done that fold it back out to normal. Now it should either slide off when you pull it. OR fold it the other vice versa from what you did at the start. Make it into a ball and it will come off. Do you understand? - Don't know if that sounds confusing or not? EDIT: Don't worry it doesn't rip. Along as your careful. Mine didn't rip. Edited July 27, 2010 by dannytrialskid

Shaun H
To get mine on or off, I use a pump and an inflatable ball needle. If you pump like crazy the grip should "float" momentarily and you'll be able to incrementally move it off the bars. If you've got access to a compressor I can imagine it being super easy. Luke Dunstan
Just dipped mine in a mug of water, played around with it, and it just popped off. (using hairspray to stick) Problem being you gotta wait for your grips to dry, but that doesn't take too long with the foams.
