PeanuckleJive
mole grips or find a torx key (the ones that are like a 6 pointed star) a little bigger than the hole left by the allen key *** it in, hopefully give you enough grip to turn the bolt loose why can't you cut a slot in it? Mole grips wont work either as the bolt is in the booster Edited July 23, 2010 by t-comp-kierz
PeanuckleJive
Got a dremel? If you get a dremel with a tiny little cutting disc, you should be able to cut a slot into it to use a screwdriver you might scratch your booster a little if you're not careful. But it might be a price you have to pay
l33th3tr33
Try taking all the bolts out except that one, (obviously) and turn the booster. Might loosen it off enough to spin it loose with your fingers.
AdamR28
If you take all the other 3 bolts off, you might be able to use the booster itself to loosen the bolt - there should be enough friction between the booster and the underside of the bolt head to rotate the booster anticlockwise and get the bolt moving. Once it's loosened off a little bit, you should be ok from there.

rab shropshire
have you tried hammering a larger allen key into the bolts to get them off, if not you coul just cut the bolts below the booster

modifiedridah2k9
Yeah tried that, didnt work Think cutting them is going to be my only option Could you use an adjustable spanner and tighten it onto the bolt and twist it off? Just an idea mate.
rab shropshire
yeah it sounds like that, you could try super glueing an old allen key into the bolts first to see if that works
N.Wood
Could you use an adjustable spanner and tighten it onto the bolt and twist it off? Just an idea mate. He's just said and shown theres not enough space for mole grips or an adjustable in there.

Sorry I didn't see it and i don't really know what mole grips are :$ Yeah Rab's idea sounds best Kieran, supergluing an allen key into the bolts a great idea. raoulduke
Sounds like your Allen key is rounded also. Can you get a Saw blade between the Booster and the Maggie mounts? If so I'd just cut the bolts at this point. Good luck!
