dannytrialskid
Hello Just been browsing Tartybikes, because I'm bored, and their new product is: Gusset b*****d Grips Product Link: Link to Gusset b*****d Grips I thought it was quite funny that they called it that? Never expected that to be honest! Funny times Danny. EDIT: Trials-Forum Bad Word Filter has blocked it click the link to see it. Sam Styles
been around for years lol, how did you not see them before? easten bikes do a grip called "ribbed" and in the product description is says for your pleasure
Ross McArthur
Called so because of the pattern on them, like the pattern on a bast*rd file.
Matthew62
I bought my mum a set for her bike, the novelty of the name wore off in about 3 seconds.

Mark W
- Knurled texture (like a 'b*****d file') helps you hold on even when your grips become sweaty or wet.
Revolver
All grips say that, but all grips also slip when wet.
Mark W
It was specifically the "like a 'b*****d file'" I was drawing attention to.
dannytrialskid
My bad, I dent know that they have been out for ages, it came up in the 'latest products' bit of Tartybikes.
Mark W
Certainly did. New colours are out now so I bumped 'em.
Matthew62
I was hoping for so much more from the burgundy coloured ones. They look a bit dull to how i think of burgundy. Any chance they're a bit more punchy in the flesh?
Mark W
They are a bit more 'saturated' I guess you could call it. It's sorta tricky getting them to come across properly in photos just 'cos they've still got 'new grip shine' on them. They're a reasonably close match to this sort of red/burgundy:
Matthew62
Thats what i was hoping for! Not too sure how they'll go with my black and white inspired - but worth a try. Cheers.
Mark W
Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched for up to 7 days from receipt date. You do not have to give any specific reason for the return of such goods, even if you've ordered the wrong thing or you simply don't like what you've ordered that's fine! We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they're not what you expected.
Ben John-Hynes
it came up in the 'latest products' bit of Tartybikes. Yeah we gathered that, since you said it in your 1st post...
