Muel
Interestingly, Atomz brought this design of rim out before Onza. Rear tube fail? I saw Rob Poyser running the prototype of that rear rim and we chatted about it at the last comp I ever did, which was in 2008. AT LAST trials has followed the rest of the world and opted for post mount. Strange tyre choice though, I would have expected it to come with Try-Alls, I thought they were kinda like sister companies?

Shame you can't get a trials brake with post mount eh No no no, Atomz and Koxx/Try-All are competitors!

Oh right, am i aloud to ask price, weight and if you have the 20" too? Cheers for telling me that, always wondered why they went in. After looking at the bike a little more, i'm taking a bit more of a liking to it. EDIT: is there a HS33 version? Muel
Are BB7's just not good enough for you Adam? Not hydraulic, and not a trials brake, they're designed for XC really...
cai
not a trials brake, they're designed for XC really... This is the same for vee brakes and Magura's, doesn't stop people using them for trials BB7's (and BB5's) are the most powerful disc brakes that I've come across whilst riding trials, maybe I'm slightly biased towards them over a Hope because I much prefur the feel of cable brakes. Just because a component doesn't say "trials" on the side of it, or is not deisigned by a trials company doesn't necessarily mean that its not trials worthy.. isitafox
Looking very nice, how does that rear axle work though? And has it got a jockey wheel tensioner on there??
Mark W
Did you just try calling up about this? Either way - it's a special system that basically only works with the Atomz frames and the Atomz hubs. The hubs have a different sized axle in them to conventional hubs, and that axle runs through an un-threaded, closed dropout through the hub into a threaded, closed dropout on the other side.
