matthew_coggan
On the last two rides I have been on, I have had my front tube just randomly pop, 1st time i was randomly riding to a new spot and it just popped and went down so quick, 2nd time i had just pedal hopped up a wall and the trye just went down realy fast again, and there was no weight on the tryre at all. Both tubes were new and had no pathes on them, I am abit conserened as its happened two rides in a row. Set up is Trialtech Sport front rim Echo rim tape Standard 20 x 1.75 tyre Monty eagle claw tyre PSI ruffly 25 Any help and advice welcome
AlexxRogers
Is there hole drilled on the inside wall, that the rim tape isnt covering? This could be causing your tyre to randomly pop, my echo rim used to do it. Alex.

mods
My mate had the same problem as you and it turned out to be the rim tape I doubt this is the case with you, but its worth checking.
How Original
I would suggest checking... Sharp bits on rim tape. Any piece of the side of the hole if your rims are holed. Also worth checking around your valve too. I had a sharp piece on mine once and as soon as I pumped the innertubes up they went straight back down. Turned out to be a little sharp bit sticking out on the valve hole. Hope that helps.
josh barker
check theres nothing stuck in your tyre (thorn, glass etc)
Vasil
Check the interior of the rim for sharp part, spoke ends, anything that could harm your tube.
matthew_coggan
I have already checked the rim tape is in streight, and the tyre itself for thornes etc.. and they seem ok if it happens aifin i will check for all the other things listed.
