Sprocket Removal.

If its on the cranks, get an old piece of chain and a vice, put the chain around the sprocket and clamp it in the vice, then get a long bar or something like that for leverage, then just give it some shizzle and it should just come off :)

Edit: If its on the wheel, its the same principal, you just turn the wheel with the sprocket in the vice :)
