How Original
Well firstly I apologize if this should be in the Wanted section.... Right this is going to sound like quite an odd thing but I am looking for a loud freewheel for my bike. I need it to be 16 tooth, and reasonably priced. Reason for me wanting it loud is I hurt myself quite badly when my old one broke, and it makes the bike and the cogs and whatnot feel so much more solid. So kind of helps with confidence. Anyway story finished, any suggestions? .
Revolver
There are virtually none in 16t. Trials ones, that is, which are going to be stronger and more reliable. Edited July 16, 2010 by Revolver
cai
16 tooth? You've got a choice between the Viz Seventy Two and the Try-All 108.9.

How Original
Also had a look at the V!Z 72 and don't really want to spend £45 (That price on Tarty)
Revolver
18t freewheel on the front, 12t sprocket on the back for mod.
How Original
I have gears on the back though. My current one isn't broken or anything so technically I don't need to change it, but I want one that makes loud clicks instead of not been able to hardly hear them. Also I wouldn't know were to start with a single speed kit if In were to change both front and back.
Revolver
If you've got a freehub, one with gears on it, in order to make it loud you'll probably have to buy one that's good, such as a hope pro 2 trials.

Revolver
So you want to change something that isnt broken just to have 'loud clicks' ? Really? In the case of freewheels and freehubs and what have you, getting a good one also improves the amount of EPs, which can also improve your riding. For this reason it's pretty useful. Now for the OP... If you want a new hub, you might actually want to pick up a pro 2 t from the for sale section on here.
