I ride a mod which is about 10kg, so 10.5 for a stock is fine.

It depends entirely on the bike.

An average sort of stock will be around 11-13kg.

An average mod, well... between 9.5 and 12, maybe.

A mod built to be as light as possible can be around 7.5kg... so it depends on how far you want to take it :P

10.5kg for a stock will certainly be quite nice, though.
