dann2707
As title really. Its been happening a while now. If I bleed my brakes with water, they are great for around 30 mins then gradually the lever gets closer to the bars with ever pull. They still lock though, they are still snappy as they should be. Its just that they gradually get closer to the bars on every ride. I'm starting to think its to do with the slaves as I've had 3 levers now and its not sorted. Please help! thanks a lot. rab shropshire
really sounds like you have a leak somewhere dan, take the brake of your bike, submerge the whole thing in a bath and activate the lever you should see air coming from wherever the leak is

cai
As said above, you have a leak. Most probaly the hosing has a small hole or split in it - if not check all the fittings to make sure they're as tight as possible so no waters getting out.. dann2707
Thanks again. Well it seems to be sorted now, Jake sold me his lever and kindly let me have his two slaves too. I took everything apart, gave it a service almost cleaning everything up like the connections and it seems to be working spot on. Rode 6 hours pretty hard yesterday without the pressure even dropping at all. I guess it could have been my slave seals that were broken or my piping wasn't secure enough. Cheers for the replies
