hey guys

im just getting ready to go out on my bike :)

and was wondering what people where in the summer

i normaly where jeans but its too damn hot!!

but my shorts like my koxx summer shorts dont have zips so every thing falls out and it puts me off :$

i take my phone to keep in contact with people im riding with, my money for food and drinks, fags and lighter,

HD camera, tools etc

i could put it all in a bag but i dont like leaving it around where im riding incase someone picks it up and runs off with it

like what nearly happened with my bike

so was just woundering how everyone else does it (Y)

thanks x

Tarty shorts have zips :-

But nah, most of the time I wear cut-off jeans if it's too warm. They were a really weird shape and weren't that nice as 'full' jeans, but I just hacked the shit out of the legs and now they're awesome.

Shorts and a T for me.

I always take a bag so I don't have to worry that much. :P

+1

I usually wear the same as that guy, but i often wear some black cut offs from primark which are like £7 :P

I always take a bag though

Went out today in jeans, a t shirt and a chequered shirt.

I nearly collapsed when I got in, I was sweating like a gypsy in a tax office.

Definitely getting the shorts and tee out next time :D

Haha, that's the main reason why I never wear jeans when biking. Also because when I first started trials biking I kept getting my jeans caught in the chain.

I usually bike on the dock with my friend, and it becomes extremely windy after about 10 PM, so if we're out late I just put a hoodie in my bag or something. :D

i usally wear shorts or cutted jeans with t-shirt,and i always take a bag(always with more than 5 liters of water.... but if u drink so much than you also sweat much but i would rather sweat so much (what i do... :( ) than feel thirsty

Shorts and a shirt.

No-one ever rings me, so I don't take my phone.

My bike barely goes wrong at the minute, so I don't need tools.

All I take are my keys, and that's just the two (car and house) on a ring, and I just have that in m'pocket.

On rides further from home, I take a bag, but always keep it right by me. Never had it robbed, but am VERY untrusting of townsfolk.

I wear swimming shorts (The more garish the better :P ) and a T-Shirt unless it's freezing outside, in which case I'll put a hoodie on. I do find that to give my legs free movement for tucking I have to go a size or two bigger than my waist size, but the drawstring sorts out the difference :P...

I usually carry keys and a phone with me and a set of bluetooth headphones to play music from the phone if I'm out on my own. I bring water in the car and park somewhere around the centre of the area I go riding in so it's reasonably handy.

I never wear jeans at all because they're too hot even in winter. But then again I sweat like a pedophile in a Barney suit once I get going...

Hacking up jeans is the way forward. I buy a few pairs of jeans in the winter, than cut them all down in the summer.

Shorts everytime for me, even its its cold and wet, just wrap up in a hoody. HATE ridin in pants, can ride for about 30mins in trackies before I'm ringing with sweat! LOL!

My jeans are pretty skinny* so I haven't had them caught in anything, so the only bad point is muscle restriction - provided it's a pretty cool day.

I took out my allen key tool thing today in my shorts pocket, and it just smashed into my shins the entire time I was riding, and if I use a bag it flies over my shoulders every time I back hop/stoppie/move.

Someone should invent a decent pair of riding shorts.
