Borat
Basically, a couple of months ago, I was diagnosed with manic depression and am currently on anti depressants and see a Phyciatrist every week. But speaking to him, isn't the same as speaking to someone who currently suffers from it, or knows someone really close to them so suffered from it. If there is, it would be great if you could PM me, as I'd really like to talk to someone about it. P.S This isn't an attention thing and yes I'm very open about it.. Simpson
http://www.counselling-directory.org.uk/counsellor_20143.html phone them they mention group sessions can't picture that bipolar meetings would be great though. I don't know that talking to a manic depressive is going to help you keep your chin up..

Adam-Griffin
E-healths pretty good, you tend to find alot of people that are in a similar position. Some of them are f**king idiots, but then some of them are genuine, down to earth people that just enjoy talking.
