Dwarf Shortage
A few days ago I got an e-mail from M$ (A-haw), about my xbox live 3 month renewal, I'd kinda forgotten about it as it's on auto-renewal, and I've decided to move to PS3. I've got my PS3 now, and don't really want the 3 months, can I get it refunded? And I can't turn off Auto-Renewal either, has anyone had this problem and sorted it out? I think turning it off would be the thing I most want to do, unless I can get a refund. I'm from UK, and pay every 3 months with my Dad's card, anything else you need let me know. Thanks in advance

Dwarf Shortage
Anything downloadable is non-refundable. Sorry bud. It's not anything I've downloaded, it's my actual Gold Membership? Sorry if it was badly worded, but basically I've used my Dad's cc to pay for 3 months XBL Gold Membership, and every 3 months, it takes £15 out of my Dad's account, and I get another 3 months of Xbox Live "Playing Time". I've recently got a PS3, and I want to stop it from taking the money from my Dad's account, but after quite a lot of googling, it seems I have to ring up Customer Service, but all the numbers are American. Do I need to ring up an American number to cancel my Live Subscription?
