N.Wood
Not exactly groundbreaking, will probably ride pretty well. Check the bars though, they make alot of difference.
charliemod
lol you don,t know some parts of your bike yourself and your asking us if its a good spec. but, suppose you do know enough for us to decide. its not bad but its what you want most what counts. just change the things that you don't know in to some good quality light parts. aener
It's by no means a bad spec. Are you comfortable on the bike with that spec? If yes - it's a good set up. If not - what's wrong with it? Identify what's wrong with it, and buy parts accordingly. Only thing I'd consider replacing if it was comfortable would be the freewheel, as mine skipped a lot. From what I gather, most of them are pretty good though.

rab shropshire
he doesnt actually have the bike yet, he is asking for advice on parts for his new build, using existing parts from his old bike and some new ones. thats a pretty good spec to start with mate, just upgrade other parts as and when you have the money Edited July 3, 2010 by rab shropshire
