MikeCottTrials
You MIGHT get your money back, but one thing is for sure you'll have to go through hell for it
Bronz
Has no one ever gone to the OFT or whatever it is, the government department that deal with this kinda thing? I mean, I find it absolutely laughable that people just accept that 'Trials UK might not send you a part'. Imagine any high street shop doing the same, they'd be reported and shut down in a flash. Has no one pressed legal action or anything of the sort before to get it all shut down?

WILL PEOPLE PLEASE USE THE FUCKING SEARCH?! How many years of T-UK moaning topics have we had now?
Muel
WILL PEOPLE PLEASE USE THE FUCKING SEARCH?! How many years of T-UK moaning topics have we had now? Only 4 years mate, so you've got to forgive people for making the samek mistakes really. Interestingly, I made 2 orders to them, one was only in July last year, and both were perfect. Does anyone remember when one guy ordered like 3 things, got 2 vaguely smilar things, (in that he got some cranks or a rim), and a game of travel cluedo? isitafox
We should send all the stories bout TUK into Watchdog, the BBC would love something like this to waste a programme on. Plus its saves everyone doing the legwork!! Watchdog send us a story page
JT!
...and a game of travel cluedo? I think that may have been a joke. Anyway, it can never be said enough, do not use Trials UK under any circumstance. There's no need for anyone to air their 'good' experiences with Trials UK, it gives a false impression that it's a capable store when it's unarguably not. So they have had a bad name for 4 years but you still used them only last year? And your first sentance seems like its taking the piss out of people who still use them. AdamR28
Has no one pressed legal action or anything of the sort before to get it all shut down? Looks like it: http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/b8cbdac5e44a242809d8dbfdeb28dc16/wcprodorder?ft=1 GAZ1 means an application has been made for the company to be struck off DISS40 is a notice of striking-off action discontinued (usually after being contested by the company, naturally) The company also seems to be dormant (accounts filed on 1/9/09)... And your first sentance seems like its taking the piss out of people who still use them. I knew a few riders who had all his details and lived nearby, and if it had come down to it they would have probably popped round for me. Both times I had to use them anyway, I can't ride without a rear brake lever, and couldn't find one anywhere. The other thing I ordered was a front tyre, and only because it was on special offer and saved about £10 over anyone else. Just figured it was worth a shot.
