dannytrialskid
Hi, Did a gap to front today, fell off and here was the result. I am so God Damn annoyed =[ It's only £30 to replace, but that is £30 I don't have. Just left school and no job Still ridable, just need to like wrap some black tape round it or something to make it a little stronger until I get a new one. It is not fully snapped, just cracked at the bottom and a tiny bit around the side. Brake feels a tad wierd not, but it's not something I can't get used to. dannytrialskid
Must ahve been cracked before you did that Unlucky though dude....Not much you can do really maybe wodge some araldite in there Yeah it must of been a little, I didn't hit that hard that's why I'm really surprised and I'm more annoyed, because I was debating, put new grips on or have a little ride first? And obviously I chose the wrong one =[

monkeyseemonkeydo
Yes they crack due to a stupid design but they're also very easy to modify so that it never happens. I noticed mine had a 7-8mm crack from that corner and attacked it with a Dremel about 2 years ago and it's still going strong.
weirdoku
Next time you get an 05 lever, take a grinder/dremel and remove what's on the left side of the red line. I did mine a soon as I got a small crack months ago, it's still working and no further cracks has appeared.
