mr ailsbury
iMSN - free Microsoft MSN for iphone Sonic 1 - the original Sonic platformer from the mega drive MX Mayhem - motocross game thats pretty fun Flight control - very simple and addictive Traffic Rush - same idea as flight control but with cars Metal Gear Solid Touch - arcade style shooting game, really good Smule Ocarina - good fun to learn a few little tunes on Tap Tap Revenge - like guitar hero MPORA - watch loads of different extreme sports videos Edited June 16, 2010 by mr ailsbury
Tomm
Flight control - very simple and addictive Definitely agree with that - very addictive! Wordwarp is a dead simple, cheap, anagram game. Good if you like that sort of thing :$ I think you just missed out on the Puzzlequest 1 + 2 deal (it was free this weekend). Possibly the most addictive game ever! It's probably worth the £3 but there's a free trial version to try anyway. Logitech Touchmouse is really cool - the iPhone works as a keyboard / mouse for your PC. Worths flawlessly for me, great for watching films as a remote control. Free. Airvideo is pretty cool if you want to watch videos (saved on your computer) on your iPhone. I haven't really found a use for it, but if it's something you could make use of, then it works perfectly.
isitafox
Here's a few I like to use, some free, some not! Tunein radio - listen to almost any radio station that is broadcast over the net, great when you get bored of what tunes you've got saved on the phone! Vouchercloud - like them 2 for 1 vouchers and money off ones you can get on the net but you don't have to print them off just show the voucher on your phone and hey presto, plus it shows what offers are on nearby you through gps! Crystal Maze - purely for the soundboard and Richard O'Briens classic "Will you start the fans please!" line Ebay - never miss an auction again! Anybody with limited texts would benefit Ebay and paypal - Nuff said Crush the castle - Awesome little game, kinda like angrybirds but with a catapult IAmBeatBox - Pretty fun to have a play with, give it a go, I think it's free Hipstamatic - Camera App, Makes some really cool photos that look like they've been taken on old school instamatic cameras KFC locator - For all your KFC locating needs
Bronz
Spotify, Twitter, Facebook, Flickr — all obvious. PingChat2! — free iPhone-to-iPhone messaging. Sleep Cycle — genius alarm clock app that wakes you up when you're ready. Guardian — news. Dropbox — the iPhone app for the amazing drop box.com web service. Evernote — clever little notes app. Genius, Gorillacam — brilliant camera apps. AroundMe — find pubs etc based on your current location. iPlayer, TV Catchup — head to these sites in Safari and add them to your home screen! Layar — like AroundMe but with augmented reality. thetrainline — train times. 0870 — get premium rate phone numbers for free. Family Guy Uncensored — great game. FML — laugh at others' misfortune. WhatsApp — like MSN for iPhones. That's just some of 100+ apps I have installed.

Captain Scarlet
Friend on mine had an app which was an all in one speedo/speed camera detector/fuel guage/mileometer for his motorbike. He used it as his motorbike (like many) doesn't actually have a fuel gauge so he could work out when to fill up without having to worry about resetting the trip meter that is on the bike. Also as it was an older bike it runs on an analogue speedo, so having this GPS aided app gave him a much more accurate speedo. And then the speed camera detector is an extra bonus I suppose. crazy_gap girl
GodFinger! Its my lastest addiction, as well as 'we rule' and 'eBoy FixPix'
totaltrials
Some others: Flixster - Instant cinema times, automatically finds your closest cinemas and you can add favourites. Very good. TVguide - What it says on the tin, easier than going into epg mode on freeview. Geodefense - Strategy type game, very addictive. Runkeeper - GPS tracking for when running or cycling. Tells you how fast your going, avg speed, time, distance and at the end you can view it on a map and upload it to the website. Supper app. The Paid version is £5.99 I think but it's worth it if you run, even walk or cycle for exercise. It'll auto play a playlist and give you voice updates of your time etc. There is a free version with not as many features. Skate it - Pretty good considering it's on a phone. And this has been said before but it's the best app going and that is Shazam.
