Jimbob 2705
ok. the pro is like more than less half the price the rip. and you can upgrade that.. how much money you got to spend? maybe save up for a new one? The Onza still has 2 days left. The reserve price is £120 meaning that I will have to spend a minimum of £140 but there is quite a high chance of it going higher, especially as I have posted it on the forum. But if I want to Upgrade this is what I am thinking: Buy bike (eg Onza Rip for £150) If I enjoy trials riding and get better and could do with a better bike, sell the bike (possibly losing a small amount of money) Buy a better bike Simple really. I would rather spend about £200 max but £150 would be perfect. I do not want to buy new as there is no advantage, you spend twice as much for a bike which looks a little better but will probably soon get a nice long dent/scratch down it. dann2707
I picked up a t-pro 2007 for £90 on Gumtree. All it needed was a new pedal and front inner tube repairing as it had a puncture. No dents, few scratches. I ended up buying a new bottom bracket (Isis), new cranks, tensile Freewheel and DMR pedals in the end for the lols but it rides perfect! try Gumtree

Tom Canham
Right... Im just gonna say the same thing as most other people.. DONT GET THE RIP! Seriously.. Wait for a T-pro, Best starting bike ever. + Try find a bike with a HS33 brakes!! I waited ages for a all right starting bike and a long wait payed off... Seriously a T-pro all the way!!! davey1991
I agree don't get a rip, you'd be a fool to. The 20" rear wheel ruins your brake choices, rim choices and tyre choices. Avoid it at all costs, take the advice in here, a t-pro, blade anything with a 19" rear wheel as standard.
r7fld
id wait and just look on every website you can. i got an echo lite for £190 a couple of months ago off here with front disc and rear hs33. its mint and worth nearly a grand brand new and is awsome to ride. patience will pay off. I just need to bleed the brake on it, How do I do that? Thanks guys and I hope you made me get the right bike! James
