Jimbob 2705
Hi Guys, Just looking on eBay and I came across this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=310220165191&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT Am I right in thinking that this is a pretty crap bike? It looks good value for money though. Thanks, James
Revolver
The biggest giveaway for a bike being shite is when they advertise its features and they're stuff it should come with anyway. It does look pretty cheap, but it'd make a better get around bike than an actual jump bike, I think.

Here is one for example: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220619278400&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT Cheers James

craigjames
Understatement of the year! There so nice, and they used to be handmade. When were they ever hand made? Still a million times better than that Barracuda, not really as fair comparison as the frame from the 24/7 would cost more than the whole Barracuda bike. Before they started making them in taiwan, 2004 i think.

I wasn't comparing them, I just wondered what they were like as I see a few 24/7 when I type in 'trials bike' on eBay. What is dirt jumping? Thanks

totaltrials
It depends how much money you have, If you only have £200 you can't go wrong with the Barracuda. The frames are actually really nice with hydroformed tubing. Box stem and riser bars, more durable seat, suitable tyres. For the money it's a great bike. But it depends how much you have or want to spend, there's no point comparing it to a £800 24/7. That bike is only for novice dirt jumping really.
