Jimbob 2705
The suspension on my Trek 3700 is really hard. I mean it is basically just like having no suspension just fixed forks. How can I make the suspension better? Thanks, James

They are 'RST'. Are these meant to be any good? Thanks James
Revolver
RST are also not so good.
davey1991
RST are also not so good made by satan on a bad day. You really need to be looking to spend more that £150 second hand to get something worth having, you may be lucky. Look at rock shox Tora, Reba but avoid Judies and Darts. casualjoe
Will they fit my bike? The steerer tube length on the Z1s is 176mm. Are you ok to work out if that is long enough for your bike? The forks have 130mm of plush travel, can only be used with a disc brake. They are black but the paint on the lowers is pretty scratched up from speeding through twiggy bushes, hence the low price. I'll get pics tomorrow when its sunny..

casualjoe
You'll need a disc brake and probably a disc compatible front hub to run these. There if you want em though
