Jimbob 2705
Looking to get a Trials Bike (Look at previous posts for more info about me and what I want) I just found this on eBay; http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ONZA-T-PRO-TRIALS-/270591150726?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Bikes_GL&hash=item3f007d4a86 Is this any good for a beginner? Also, how much should I be looking to give for it? Basically I am after a cheap but decent bike which I can learn on. Oh I also like these 2: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Onza-Pro-20-Trails-Bike-2009-/120581100983?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Bikes_GL&hash=item1c133195b7 + http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Onza-Rip-20-inch-Trials-Bike-/270590579984?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Bikes_GL&hash=item3f00749510 (Abit too expensive). What would be the most suitable? Thanks, James
isitafox
I'd say the 2nd one but if the 3rd is too expensive then the 2nd will be way out of range. How much are you lookin at spending??

alex-trials-boy
Wow that's quite a nice onza rip there like the colours but If that's to expensive then look along the lines of a onza t-pro they go for around £175-230 for a reasonable one. ogre
if you have a budget of £200 buy the first one with money spare for a better freewheel and good rear brake pads and you will have a very nice first bike. so if you can get it for £130, you'd be sorted. since a reliable back brake and a freewheel with high reliable engagements are probably the most useful things to upgrade to. the geometry of the t pro is great! isitafox
I'd be a bit careful with the first one though as in the description he says he bought it off ebay about 2 months ago whereas he's only got 1 feedback from around 6 months ago for what looks to be a road frame. Not saying he definately didn't get it off ebay in the first place as may just have not recieved feedback but worth asking about!
Jimbob 2705
Thanks guys. Should I just wait for a bike to come up at the right price? Cheers James
