liam1992
well i haven't heard of many HS33 pads that are quiet only if they do not work very well so you may just have to put up with the sound

konstant
It's just as much your frame/booster set up as it is the pads you're using. A flexy setup makes more noise than a stiff one. My brake was silent for a few rides after I got a booster. Edited June 3, 2010 by konstant

modifiedridah2k9
Heatsinks reds are not loud! This isnt sarcasm but use your feet to stop, or are you actually pulling the brakes while riding that makes the neighbours annoyed?

tryallmaster
Check out the TNN Belaey's are a very quiet pad compared with the majority of what is currently available. And the best bit is that THEY WORK EXTREMELY WELL. If you want to go quieter go for a booster and if that isnt good enough go Vee...
