dani_elprat@hotmail.com Posted May 30, 2010 Report Share Posted May 30, 2010 (edited) That's the new update to my bike; Spec: Frame: Ozonys XR20 long, stripped Fork: KoxxForkxx Headset: Cane Creek Stem: tryall 3d 150x30º Bars: 221ti Grips: choRRillas Front wheel: Light tube + sticky tire, tryall rim, alu spokes + alu nipples + Tryall nodisck hub Rear wheel: Light tube + Monty tyre, NoWar rim, all titanium spokes + CK hub Cranks: 221ti ISIS BB: FSA platinum Pedals: Wellgo MG-1 Rear brake: Hs33 2008 (black) with Coust pads, black echo drilled clamps and Trialtech booster Front brake: Magura Hs33 Quicksilver with custom lever, coust pads and magura clamps Sproket: Trialtech Bashring: Tryall Symetric Chain: KMC z510 All titanium bolts + Alu (red ones) I only have 2 of steel! CK bolts The lever are from an old magura hs33 [14cm] (i think); The new front brake setup holds very very nice Hope you like it! You need to setup the pads paralel to the rim all you can, water bleed, hard grind (In my opinion) and some good pads. Thats it. I put the coustpads on the rear and the hold are very unbelievable. I think, on the rear works fine... and I put a new pair on the front... The brake holds like a Vbrake, the hold are awsome and the "squeack" sound are very orgasmic hehehe ive set the pads as square to the rim as i can with the TR clamps, but there not 100% inline, but they lock when i pull the lever a 3rd inwards.... ( its water bled and the TPA is as far in as it can be, another 1/4 turn and the pads rub) the blue rock pads sound lush, i allways find myself pulling the brake as im riding about, makes me cringe, and the fellow people look and moan but when i gap to front the pads judder and the wheel tends to roll wish it held like my louise did.... but disc brakes weigh too much Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
