Tux07
hi this is a bit early to be properly thinking about this (bike is a fair few parts missing) but i want to get a ashton fender seat to give my t-rex a more moto look obviously i'd need to knock up a bracket to make it fit from the seat plate the onza's have but that shouldn't be to hard. does anyone know a store/site stocking them? n.b. i'm not fussed about weight before anyone mentions as i'll just work my strength up to suit the rig Edited May 19, 2010 by Tux07
Revolver
I doubt they're avaliable seperately. I wonder if manuel on here knows more though, seeing as he's part of the team. Maybe you could make one out of sheet alu?

You may get lucky!
Tux07
mm good plan will ring em once i get the bike actually ridable lol they do look pimp though i was gonna knock on up from a rear bike mudgaurd an some random other bits but it'd be like having an old ddg sofa seat, like all the dh riders years ago I doubt they're avaliable seperately. I wonder if manuel on here knows more though, seeing as he's part of the team. Maybe you could make one out of sheet alu? my metal skills were in tube manipulation so doin a sheet fender seat would be too hard lol, makin a bracket is pretty easy though

Ross McArthur
I can remember reading that the seats were originally meant to be made of carbon fibre but during the testing phases they broke too easy when Mart and Kurt fell off.
