staphan
When braking, the wheel is pushed noticeably to one side. Why is this happening? How can one side of the brake be "weaker" than the other? Thanks! Edit: Or maybe it's not the Magura itself that is the problem, I don't know. Ash-Kennard
is your wheel dished correctly?
staphan
is your wheel dished correctly? It's built by the guys at Tartybikes and not used for more than a couple of hours, so I'd guess it is. (not sure what "dished" means but I suppose it has to do with proper spoke tension) Edited May 19, 2010 by staphan
Toby
Check your axle bolts are not bottoming out on the axle and check the axle hasn't snapped-happened to me

modifiedridah2k9
Try tightening the wheel bolt REALLY tight. should help, or you may have popped a bearing

pogo
Is the brake setup properly? Straight and level?
AdamR28
Sounds pretty normal, certainly wouldn't affect braking performance anyway.
stunt man t
are the pads hitting the rim at the same time??? maybe you have a week cylinder? so it pusshs more on one side then the other so the wheel moves to the other side? Kenny--Trials
Check if your pads are close to the rim. If they arnt close, one will push harder than the other. Also is it a brand new hub?? Check if the hub caps are tight otherwise the axle wont move but the wheel will.
konstant
maybe you have a week cylinder? Check if your pads are close to the rim. If they arnt close, one will push harder than the other. It's probably just a sticky seal. And obviously check that the bearings are free from play and that the wheel is tightened. If everything is done up properly and it still happens, your brake needs some TLC
N.Wood
Pretty sure mine have always done that Over 10+ weelbuilds and maguras, all of them have done it to some degree or another.
