sundance
My new Triton all the way from Russia... The frame is Titanium and the geo is custom as always with the Tritons however i am struggling to remember the exact geo i asked for now but for those that are interested i think the geo is: 995 Long (im only short and so is my bike) + 70 BB rise 360 long chainstay I didnt manage to weigh the frame before i built it up but i weighed my old Triton and that was 1.6kg and this one i guess is similar (including headset cups and disk protector) The rear disk protector works a treat, it must have saved me £60 odd already in new disks if i didnt have it. I will try upload some pics of the full build bike soon Comments welcome Edited April 20, 2010 by sundance

Simpson
how come nobody has made a disk protector thing like on this frame for a mech?? A mech is there to protect your frame, you can't buy something which protects your mech which protects your frame, because if someone made that you would need another part to protect the protector which protects your mech which protects your frame... Just buy a rohloff And yea always jizzed on tritons, looks the donn.
that NBR dude
Good to see Triton is still going. Still remember my old prototype mod frame. They must be using thicker tubing now as my old mod frame was 1.0kg (silly light but quite flexxy) Looking good anyway dude.

Gazza
Dan, thanks for posting up your bike! It is a nice bike and by looking at the rotor guard I can see you are using it the way it is supposed to Your bike is the second Triton with the rotor guard ever made. The first one is my white Triton. I have now received quite a few inquiries on adding the rotor guards to the ordered trials and street frames. 2Monty Man Sam: You can email me at info@tritonframes.com or PM me. Thanks, Dmitry

sundance
Thanks for comments guys, i know the frame/ bike may not be to everyones liking but i certainly am well happy with it. You can see that it has a much better build quality than any of the aluminium frames and they are stronger too. Before i got my first Triton i snapped or cracked 3 Aluminium frames in under a year so i thought i would try a Ti frame, that lasted me 2 years! Plus i like having a bike that nobody else has. The rear disk guard alone sold me the frame as i always bend disks as i sidehop that side. As for the colours, I am not the biggest fan myself of the gold rear wheel, when money allows maybe i will change it, maybe go white and hopefully a bit lighter. You can have the frame any colour you like when you order one they dont have to be the same colour as mine. As i have always said 'The Sex' that Dmitry has posted really is the sex! Thats a gorgeous bike.
