how do you post pics?

if you have firefox:

right click the image, select "copy image location"

then come here, and on the reply or post thread box look for this icon:

paste the URL into the box that pops up, sorted

i have to do it the long way. basically if its windows way i use, open the image in paint, select 'image' i think on the toolbar then 'resize/skewer' and scale it to about 50% first then do it accordingly to size. select save image as e.g 'sidehop'. i use photobucket so i click upload, and then copy the 'img url' i think it is onto your topic, select insert image, then paste the img url.

lol bit long winded, but it works.
