craigjames
Do you have the frame yet? Exactly how much of a budget do you have to work with? What brakes (if any) do you intend on running?

craigjames
Ok so you need: vee adaptorspadslevercablefront brakeforksheadsetstembarsgripsBBpedalsfront wheeltyrestubesseatpostseatseat clamptensionerchainrear cogfront cogbash guard And i'm sure there are more things i missed. Just looking at the number of items you need, new parts aren't really possible. I'm afraid its a case of scouring Ebay for bargains, but even then i think you'll be hard pushed to come in on budget. What rear wheel do you have?
