Dec Whiteoak
hi,i have been lokking at the monty brake spray,is it any good, would u reccomend it and does it work in wet and dry conditions??
DannyBazz (:
brake just slips, you get it all over your tires etc... Not worth it. Get a new TPA and set your brake up right, and it will be beast

Si-man
It's a bit rubbish, tars just as good and usually free. Plus, its less messy. Read the rules pal, you've just delayed getting validated by asking...
George.E
Iv got it but have never used it much, when i did it felt nice and sticky but thats from what I can remember lol If i was you just get a nice meduim grind with good pads saves the trouble. But in general its ok but its nothing special and wears off after an hour - 2 hours Hope this helped

PeanuckleJive
When I first started riding, I thought this and a monty hose splitter would make me ride like a pro, the splitter was alright, but I hated the spray A good grind and pads and a well set up brake will hold you fine, if you REALLY need more hold I prefer tar over spray. Tar grabs better to me, and it's MUCH easier to carry a little lump of tar with you on a ride than carrying a can of spray
matthew_coggan
Yeah if you are going to use something on your rim then use tar its cheeper and esier to carry. but i would suggest a good grinded rim with good pads set up right is the best.
