Borat
Take it apart and give it a damn good clean, get all of the seals out etc. BTW, My vote got you validated.

Balls Deep trials team
Does anybody know how to take the pistons out to clean them ?
Lawnmowerman
The best way is with an air compressor and a blower or you can bleed the system, take the pads out and over pump the brake so the pistons fall out.
Muel
If it's a Mono brake, the best method I've found is to remove as much of the fluid as you can, removed the bore cap, then push the outside piston out from behind, then you can reach through the caliper with some pliers and get hold of the centre of the inner piston, and gently pull it out.
