AlexxRogers
Get rid of it and get an Avid BB7. Can't go wrong with a decent set-up, and they can't leak or pop, less hassle, easier to set up. Alex.

If its the bolt that connects the hose to the caliper body it may be a dodgy copper olive/washer which is put there to stop leakage. Sometimes they are damaged because copper is quite soft and need replacing. If it is this you will need to rebleed the break. Try not to over tighten the bolt as this may cause damage to the washer. Hope this helps? Paul

Happydaze
Had the same problem, renew banjo bolt and washers, do NOT over tighten. Problem solved. Good luck.
