if you've replaced the bolts and it still does it, have you checked the threads where it screws into the caliper?

yeah i even took it to supercycles, where i got it from, so they could have a look and they fixed it and got me a new rotor and pads again but it has happend again now so i dont know whats wrong with it.

if supercycles "fixed" it but it's gone again, then they didn't fix it properly (or you've tampered with it since they did it?)

so tell them and they should do it properly for you.

If its the bolt that connects the hose to the caliper body it may be a dodgy copper olive/washer which is put there to stop leakage. Sometimes they are damaged because copper is quite soft and need replacing. If it is this you will need to rebleed the break. Try not to over tighten the bolt as this may cause damage to the washer.

Hope this helps? Paul
