Mark W
As we're always out filming for one reason or another, and we therefore end up with some random scrap footage, we've decided to do a 'TartyBikes Clip Of The Week', which is... well... fairly self explanatory. We've got some from the past that we're going to put up as and when, but 'cos Ali's still filming for his brakeless vid and Stan's also trying to get a brakeless twenny-fo and 'normal' video on the go, we're going to keep collecting bits 'n' pieces. Might throw in some random stuff too. Clip Of The Week - Liverpool As a result of not being able to film a 'proper' video for a few weeks, we're just going to try and put out a few COTW videos just to keep things ticking over. This is the first one, filmed on a 'ride' in Liverpool that lasted about an hour and a half - mainly spent scoping out spots - when the rains came tumbling down as soon as we arrived Clip Of The Week 7 Dave and Jon from Trialtech/Inspired came up on their way to a riding trip in Scotland. Only had their MTBs with them, so they borrowed Adam's Because to do a bit of riding. With their allegiance to a different brand, Adam's bike decided to reject Jon, and this is the result... Clip Of The Week 6 Adam on his XC bike. Keep watching for a nice crash at the end... http://vimeo.com/11300082 Clip Of The Week 5 A few clips of me on my Echo when it was black. Gotta keep that continuity up in videos, so these clips didn't have a home... ...until now http://vimeo.com/10975804 Clip Of The Week 4 Ali, and Rowan Johns' brakeless manual challenge on day 3 of the Inspired roadtrip! http://vimeo.com/10799665 Clip Of The Week 3 Ali and I riding the pump track and 'beginner' section of Lee Mill in some hurricane-force winds... http://vimeo.com/10601031 Clip Of The Week 2 This time, featuring Gav: http://vimeo.com/10435741 Clip Of The Week 1 Featuring Ali, Stan and some rapidly deflating tubes: http://vimeo.com/10283054

Ben John-Hynes
Yeeeeeeeeeah, but they happen at the same time. Amount of punctures is directly related to the amount of time you take your wheel/tyre off.
John Shrewsbury
Wat do u guys pump your tyres upto?
Ali C
any holes a goal. I only took my tyre off once when I fixed 6 holes, does that count as one I had my tyres at 45psi, but I hit it hard (what she said) and got a slow puncture just before that clip of me
Mark W
Think Stan floats around the 20-30psi mark. They're just both shit, so they get flats all the time*. *May or may not be true.
Stan Shaw
Think Stan floats around the 20-30psi mark. They're just both shit, so they get flats all the time*. *May or may not be true. Is not true. Mark is gay.
John Shrewsbury
Try 60 in them, thats wat i've ran for years. Dont get many flats.

Ali C
ran 60psi before, felt good for speed moves and spins, but not very nice for trialsy moves. These are the only punctures I have had for the past two years.

I wud just carry the speed though stuff and bunny them gaps.

Mark W
Ali and Stan (and me ) are doing 'real' trials on them too, quite a bit of tech rock riding 'n' stuff as well as more TGSy bits. It's pretty nice having a bit less PSI for that sorta stuff, it's all just a compromise.

I would bunny them normally, but its pretty awkward plus I didn't want to carry too much speed
nickdonboy
Ace. You lot should make a big video, with brakeless streety stuff, natty and some tgs antics.

Rusevelt
Ace. You lot should make a big video, with brakeless streety stuff, natty and some tgs antics. Funny i was thinking about posting a topic about tartybikes making a team video a last week.
Mark W
Ali's video should be out in a few weeks. Went through all the footage so far and there's a fair old bit, with a mix of street and natty. Going on a roadtrip in the Easter bank holiday to get some more, then going to try and get it all finished and out. Stan's should be out soon after that, hopefully... No idea what the score is with a team video or anything, but that's probably something that'd have to wait 'til the weather's not quite so poo most of the time.
