Just got my pc back from repair, tried to publish a movie on windows movie maker and got this error message 'Windows Movie Maker cannot publish the movie to the specified location. Verify that the original source files used in your movie are still available, that the publishing location is still available, that there is enough free disk space available, and then try again.' Help please? obv ive tried all of these Edited March 16, 2010 by thinkdougie
monkeyseemonkeydo
That's usually because the individual referenced clips or music aren't in the same place that they orginaally were and so Movie Maker throws a wobbly. Is anything on a USB stick or external HDD? Make sure that these are still allocated the same drive letter etc. Just check where it's looking for the clips and check they're still there. Borat
Yeah all there, think I need to take it to the pc shop... EDIT: Just tried publishing just a title and still no good. :/ Any good free editing software? Uninstall it, then install a newer version! Or get sony vegas 8 pro, it's free with a extra fee of a couple of hundred.
Revolver
Uninstall it, then install a newer version! Or ge adobe premiere, it's free with a quick search on a naughty site.
