221Pr + Profile = Anger

i have a monty 221pr frame and a profile rear hub

i managed to get it in the drop outs with out much aggro but its super tight (the cassette clicks with no chain on lol)

BTW i havent even put snail cams in :S

any ideas how to sort this?

any help would be great thanks

probally need a ffw set up man :( your just going to put pressure on the frame and cause it to crack...

is it a brandnew profile ?

You mean the freewheel remains still when you spin the wheel foward, and the freewheel clicks away?

Completely normal. Just means the freewheel bearings have more friction than the freewheel mechanism, so it sits still with the axle. My Pro2 does it.

As long as it turns smoothly and it relatively free, it's fine.

Both should be 110mm. Cams run on the outside.

Even if you had to squash it into the dropouts the driver won't be under anymore pressure, due to the spacers/ cones whatever. If the hub has only started doing it, just clean it out and add some light lube. If you can spin the driver by hand without effort when the bolts are full tightened down, then you'll be fine.
