Please help me pick out the good and bad in each please?

From what i have found - BOTH are 329 quid but

Echo is lighter by a tiny bit - i am not huge so is good

Echo is shorter by a tiny bit - I am not very tall so is good

Echo has a disc mount - I like disc, which is good

All of which suit me - but will it ride as nicely?

vs

Is there anything im not realising??

Please help me decide

Thanks

I've got an Echo, and I really like how it rides! I use a short stem - 85mm x 25°, I think, and it's a nice compliment to it. It makes it really, really good for BMXy stuff but it's still alright for trialsy stuff too. Definitely rides well though (Y)

In all honesty I'd say the Inspired is a better frame though. Dave and Jon and everyone over at Inspired have struggled to make it the best frame on the market at the moment, and they've succeeded. They're ridiculously strong whilst not being too heavy, ride well, and look pretty sweet too.

Having said that though, they don't have a disc mount (yet?) so if you want to run rear disc - which is really nice on a 24 - then it might be worth grabbing an Echo.

As another option, there's the Adamant too...

Your a legd!

Thanks for that mate - do you know if there are plans to release a inspired with a disc mount at any point? I emailed dave@inspired but no reply yet.

Cheers

I honestly can't remember if they are or aren't going with it - sorry dude! I'm sure Dave will send you a reply when he's got a moment, he's been pretty busy lately so you might wanna give him a few days (Y)

For this I can wait! Thanks mate!

5mm on the wheelbase being the only difference - they'll ride practically identically. Personal preferance prevails :)

Echo - Lighter, disc mount, sweet.

Inspired - Build quality.

Nice one matey - this is all helping making a solid decision! Much appreciated!

Haha, thanks :)

No photos or videos yet, done a little filming at the mo but I'm pretty tied up filming Ali for his new vid, and getting photos of him for Inspired so my riding's taking a back seat for the time being.

Ali's off demoinginginginginging in mid to late April, so we need to get the things filmed that need to be filmed before mid April. I don't want to release it 'til Ali's seen it either, so I'd have to wait for him to get back, meaning it'd probably be early May, fingers crossed!
