PeanuckleJive
hey i was wondering what would be the ideal amount of air in both tyres need? depends on the terrain, bike, and your preference really Some people run their tyres harder than others I run about 20 up front, 13 back on 20" wheels, Some people run a lot lower than that though
Muel
If it's too hard, let some out. Too soft, put some in! I haven't known what PSI are in my tyres in about 3 years...

PeanuckleJive
i ride a 20" im still learning but getting better and moving on to bigger gaps, i will prob find out if i got wrong amount of air when it pops lol if you've not got enough in, it'll probably pinch flat at some point, unless you have a really good inner tube A good way to get a decent feel is to go out with your tyres really inflated and fairly solid, have a ride and if you feel like they're too hard, let a bit out. Keep doing that til you get a good feel, just don't let too much out

Sam T
i ride a 20" im still learning but getting better and moving on to bigger gaps, i will prob find out if i got wrong amount of air when it pops lol its personl prefrences really dude, if you like it soft and bouncy, then have the trye pressure low, but if your learning and moving on to bigger gap, have it quite hard. Most the time you will really hit it and you need to try and ovoidy getting a blow out and avoid rimming it. hope that helps
marcus heath
i like my tyres quite soft for sidehops and stuff but for gaps hard
MikeCottTrials
Totally depends on your weight and your ability. If your rubbish at preloads for example, you want a soft tyre because you can't put a lot of downwards force on it. If your a fat piece of shit, then pump your tyres up

Matthew62
65PSI front and back. My tyres were a bit softer this weekend (probs around 50 PSI (ish) and i didn't pump them back up to just try something different and it was horrible. I felt just like a trials rider, yeuk! thinkdougie
depends on rider.
konstant
For the rear, I put in just enough to stop me hitting the rim. I run the front a bit firmer, otherwise the steering gets a bit mushy.
