I've never seen one in the flesh, but it looks like you need to undo the grub screw that holds the pivot pin in and then undo the lever adjustment knob, then pull the lever clear of the brass bush. Thats going on what I can see in the picture, if your not sure leave it as and contact the person/company you bought it off. sounds about right, if you look on that red lever ther's a reach screw and grub screw for the lever axle thingy just undo that and the brass axle should just tap out like the avid levers, then just put the new one in the same way.
