pashley-phil
Not the greatest video but the free runner is pretty sick http://www.youtube.com/user/trialer33#p/a/f/0/5fcNrUp9cOg
Adam-Griffin
The riding was better than the free running, apart from the bit on the bench, He didn't impress me. The guy looked far too big for a mod too, like an elephant trying to ride a unicycle almost. Music was wrong for too.

TROYston
free running is just a cheaper version, less skill needed version of trials.
JD™
free running is just a cheaper version, less skill needed version of trials. Let's see you go and record a quick free running video then yea? I'm not a fan of it personally, but the core strengths that are evidently needed to do it to a good standard are a million miles above those used by a trials rider - and trials riders core strength is still generally way above average. JD™
I do free run, well parkour, and what i said is true. So is mine, so to quote myself: "Let's see you go and record a quick free running video then yea?" To be fair, a link to you doing trials would help too, you could be either amazing/shit at both so the comparison wouldn't be fair without seeing them both.
