toyota200x
I am considering purchasing a 18t Surly cog for my front freewheel cranks. Has anyone ever had problems with them stripping? I know they aren't as wide as an Echo but I have not personally heard of people having problems with them. Let me know how your experience has been. Thanks! Alex Dark
Mine's second hand and very well used on a pair of Echo CNC cranks and it works just dandy No complaints here....

gage-mann
i used one with a zoo bashring on echo cnc cranks with a crank spacer and it threaded once when i went to sidehop soo i thought yeh thats threaded soo need new cranks, me mate come out later on soo i stayed out in town and i could still pedal with out the sprocket turning when pedaling lightly soo i kept doing roll gap bunny hops and landed flat on the curb after a couple of attempts and the crank arm snapped and it was the cranks threads that had threaded. my sprocket was screwed onto the cranks for a good 4 months at least and the sprocket was flush with the cranks thread length soo all the threads were on the cranks threads but yea me mates got the picture soo i'll ask him if he can post it up in here later
